From the north: A14 (E55) Autostrada Adriatica towards Ancona. Exit at Fano on to SS73bis (E78). At Sant'Ippolito take SP41 to Fratte Rosa. When you enter Fratte Rosa, via dei Lubachi is 650m on your right - immediately before a church.

From the south: A14 (E55) Autostrada Adriatica towards Bologna. Exit at Marotta on to SP424. Follow SP424 for approx 19.5 km. At Mondavio take the SP41 to Frattte Rosa. Follow  Fratte Rosa's medieval walls until a sharp left bend. Go around the bend and turn sharp left immediately after a church on your left into via dei Lubachi.   

From  both directions: Once you are in via dei Lubachi keep to the right at the fork, go down a steep hill and you will see Villa Bella Rosa ahead of you to the left. Continue on the lane until it becomes a white road and the entrance is about 200m on your left.
